Executive Administrative Director

Reported directly to Division President. Provided executive level administrative support to

management, including composition of company memos, sales promotions, and business

correspondence. Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and requirements, while performing

multiple tasks within a fast paced environment. Scope of responsibilities included special event

coordination, operations management, human resources, and contract coordinator.

Designed and implemented administrative programs and office procedures, which

reduced redundancy, streamlined operations and improved daily efficiency.

Independently conceptualized and launched new marketing materials and promotional

items for corporate office and sales department; increasing sales and brand awareness in

the Ohio area.

Streamlined Human Resources department; established job descriptions for current and

future positions, coordinated and facilitated all H.R. functions including recruiting, new

hire orientation, and benefits administration. Maintained all personnel files including

Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

Facilitated the day to day operations of Cardinal’s Columbus Corporate Office. Responsible for

purchasing and maintenance of all office hardware and ensured both office and kitchen were

adequately stocked at all times. Independently coordinated event planning on a Company wide level

with events including but not limited to corporate luncheons, training seminars and out of office

training. Made all travel arrangements for Sales manager, President and consultants in all offices.

Interfaced with management of multiple departments as needed to expedite productivity while

Single handedly completed setup of the Columbus corporate office. Interior design,

State and Government Proposals.

Scheduled and developed themes for each quarterly sales rally.
