. Expanded monthly ECO reporting to include reports sorted division and by
product line (in addition to existing listing by project number covering
all divisions). After seeing the product line and divisional totals,
Engineering Management revised the ECO approval process for all divisions
to focus engineers' efforts on projects creating the most 'value' -
resulting in reduction in ECO spending.
. Brought up Cost/Inventory/BOM modules in conversion to new MRP and in-
house ERP systems.
. Reviewed and established standard costs for raw materials, purchased
parts, manufactured sub-assemblies and finished goods annually. Led
three physical inventories and oversaw on-going cycle count
program/quarterly statistical inventory cycle counts. Monitored
transactions and made monthly
JE's for cycle count adjustments, obsolescence, BOM changes, warranty,
