SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

In utilizing my entrepreneurial skills, I took a struggling $1.3MM Sears

Dealer Store and turned it around in to a $2MM+ business. I earned the

respect of my peers and was elected by over 80 independent owners to

represent them to Sears corporate staff. In my tenure on the Sears Dealer

Representative Council, I assisted in negotiating new and more lucrative

bonus programs for the owners, better product mixes and the availability of

a parts program with high commissions.

In utilizing my relationship building skills, I prospected and secured

additional accounts, secured manufacturer's representatives, supported the

growth of existing accounts and streamlined costs. All of which brought

not only sales growth, but a considerably better bottom line to the

company.

In utilizing my start-up skills, I started a business division for a local

wholesaler from conception to being one of our top supplier's #1 account in

the state in less than 2 years.

In utilizing my creativity and sales skills, I was awarded Kitchen & Bath

Design News Magazine's "K&BDN 10" for Excellence in Operating a Kitchen &

Bath Showroom. This was one of three such awards given out nationally.

CAREER HISTORY

Senior Consultant-ITS Family of Companies, Work with potential clientele

desiring the services of the personal marketing division to discover their

individual needs and provide them with proven solutions for their job

search issues.

Owner/Manager-Sears Retail Dealer Store, Full responsibility of all daily

operations of a retail business. Store was struggling at $1.3MM when I

purchased it, successfully grew the business to over $2MM annually.

Represented over 80 other owners by being elected to serve on the Sear's

Dealer Store Representative Council.

VP-Sales & Marketing-Schmidt Cabinet Company, Full responsibility of all

the company's sales and marketing. Was the first to bring in

manufacturer's representatives into sales team to expand markets.

Consistently grew sales and markets each year.

Regional Sales Manager-Homecrest Corporation, Full responsibility for

Dealers/Distributors in a four state region with sales in excess of $6MM

annually. Consistently grew markets and was the first manager in the

company's 25 year history to successfully open a new dealer/distributor in

the Columbus, OH market.

Showroom Manager-Hoeing Wholesale Supply, Full responsibility for all daily

operations of showroom. Took business from conception to being Schmidt

Cabinet's #1 dealer in Indiana in less than 2 years. Received the "K&BDN

10" award for Excellence in Operation a Kitchen/Bath Showroom.
