Objective

I am an experienced individual in the business and administrative world. I

want to continue to grow as an individual and reach for a position that

will help me to grow both personally and professionally. I hope to find a

Work Experience

K&S Gallien Heating and Cooling, LLC (January 2008 - Current)

. I have a current and up-to-date air conditioner contractor's license

(since December 2007).

. Owner and Managing Partner (I manage the business remotely from

Huntsville)

. I perform all the financial portion of the business. I cut checks and

create all financial reports for the business.

Hunter Communities (June 2007-August 2010)

. Lead Selection Coordinator "Assistant Manager" (March 2008 - August

2010) - I act as the manager on the weekends, after hours, or while

the Showroom manager is on vacation. I must help the team focus and

work together. As Lead Selection Coordinator, I am responsible for

updating all selection guides and developing new guides for new homes.

I work in CAD program to estimate fence prices and print plans need to

complete appointments with customers. I compile frequency reports for

upper management quarterly to help identify options that are selling

well, and options that need to be discontinued. I communicate with the

Showroom Manager directly and look for ways to improve the overall

efficiency of the Showroom department.

. Selection Coordinator - I work with customers to design their home

structurally as well as basic coloring. I must be very knowledgeable

both of the products Hunter Homes offers, as well as, the construction

process. I help to answer the phone, schedule appointments, filing,

and other secretarial tasks.

. Interim Showroom manager while the current manager was on maternity

leave. I was required to attend a daily sales meeting to discuss all

houses currently under construction. I facilitated team work and

ensured that the department ran smoothly. I was also in charge of

making sure all payroll and accounting documents were turned into the

proper individuals in a timely manner. I assisted in a new community

opening and a vendor change. I assumed all responsibilities of the

current manager and was still meeting with customers and performing my

regular duties.

Wal-Mart Supercenter (June 2006 - June 2007)

. Sales Clerk in Dairy and Grocery departments

. Management Duties during the weekends and while the Department Manager

was on Vacation

. Stocking Shelves and Assisting Customers with Inquiries

. Keeping the Departments Clean to Coincide with Health Department

Regulations

Hanover College Ambassador (April 2003 - May 2006)

. Give tours and host prospective students along with taking these

students to classes. I also have acquired many skills in organization

and the operation of a business.

. Secretarial Work including being one of the primary individuals

performing data entry for the entire office. I would help to stuff

envelopes, shred sensitive documents, and light cleaning and

reorganization of office materials. I also answered the phones and

directed individuals to where they needed to be at a particular time.

In addition, I helped to take appointments for the entire office.

. Team Leader my final year - This required me to contact the supervisor

to receive duties for the shifts, and then handing those out to the

ambassadors below me. I also was in charge of quality control for the

shift and would inspect items randomly to make sure the tasks were

finished to expectations.

Hanover College Resident Assistant (September 2003 - May 2006)

. Plan programs and events for primarily students, but also faculty and

staff involvement.

. Help to facilitate the first year students to Hanover College.

. Council and help to solve any problems that may occur on the hall.

. Required to program different functions to assist in forming a

community.
