park development in St. Charles, Illinois.
. Project scope included mass grading of entire site, installation of
infrastructure, site utilities, roads, landscaping, intersections,
IDOT and KDOT work, City of St. Charles electrical substation and
minor improvements to local park complex. Twenty (20) office,
industrial and retail buildings totaling over 500,000 sf and a 1,500
sf model sales office.
St. John Square Retail Development St. John, Indiana Project Cost: $7,000,000
. As project manager, I oversaw this 10- acre multi-unit retail
development in St. John, Indiana.
. Project scope included demolition of buildings and houses, remediation
of contaminated soils, relocation of wetlands, mass grade entire site,
installed infrastructure, site utilities, roads, landscaping and
constructed four (4) pad-ready sites. Built 50,000 sf Tractor Supply
building with outside display area. Built 9,000 sf retail strip
center with tenant build outs for Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Verizon,
Winestyles and Gamestop.
Portage Medical Office Building Portage, Indiana Project Cost: $4,500,000
. As project manager, I oversaw this 5- acre multi-unit medical office and
retail development in Portage, Indiana.
. Project scope included mass grading site, site utilities, access road,
three (3) pad ready sites and construction of a 40,000 sf two-story
medical office building with Lakeshore Bone & Joint as the tenant.
. Tenant build out included medical offices, exam rooms, lavatories,

. As project manager, I oversaw the renovation of an 85,000 sf retail

and renovation of a 50,000 sf warehouse and office building.
. Construction scope included 50' bi-fold doors, a conventional steel,
bar joist, deck and epdm connecting link, two (2) 300' long crane ways
to house eight (8) cranes and lifts, concrete, office build out, over
150,000 sf of exterior concrete work which included four (4) aprons.
. Project was phased to meet all schedule guidelines and stayed within
budget.
. The owner was able to maintain operation during construction and
recorded a record manufacturing year.
Oswego Commons Retail Strip Center Oswego, Illinois Project Cost: $2,160,000
. As project manager, I oversaw all aspects of construction for this
14,500 sf retail center. The facility was conventional construction
composed of brick, block, steel, bar joist, deck, epdm, carpentry,
fire protection and mep's. The project consisted of full general
conditions bringing the facility to a vanilla box finish. The
facility housed six (6) retail tenants and was constructed in four
months.
. Constructed tenant build outs of Zales, American Mattress, Lady
Fitness, Oswego Dental, Lemstone Christian Book Store and Newsome
Physical Therapy.
