Worked with the MEDS teams were I did the Detail Design,
Development and Test Plans for the Customer Low Income Subsidy
System Phase 1 and 2. Extensively used COBOL DB2 and CICS. Added
enhancements to the BEQ and the Non-MEDS NRECA processes.
