Present Job Responsibilities: As a MECHANICAL ENGINEER Operation &

Maintenance in Commissioning of 2*270 MW THERMAL POWER PLAT IN GOINDWAL

SAHIB.

Commissioning activities:

1. Hydro Test of drainable & non drainable portion of Boiler..

2. Air tightness test of air duct, flue gas path and Furnace.

3. Lube oil flushing of Regenerative tri-sector type Air Preheater,

Induced draught Fan, Forced draught Fan,

Primary air Fan, Boiler Feed Pump, Turbine Oil Supply system, HP-Bypass,

LP-Bypass HPSU system and EHA system.

4.No load and Load trial of Turbine and Boiler auxiliaries.

5.Card board blasting in LDO and HFO line in FOPH.

6.Alkali Boil out of drainable portion of boiler.

7. Steam Blowing .

8.Condenser Flood test, condenser tube hydro test.

9.Condensate path alkali flushing

10.Commissioning of Fire-fighting system.

11.One month Operation of Switchyard and Switchgear

12. commissioning of one unit with grid
