. Depreciation Study: Assisted Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert, and Moss with
update of Depreciation Study last updated in 1985.
. Cost of Removal Study: Updated study which is related to the
Depreciation Study;; arrived at a standard cost of removal for each
construction item and applied the cost to the total number of units on
distribution and transmission system.
