Custom design high-end residential pools and spas. Commercial pool and spa
design, bidding and project management for large-scale projects ie: hotels,
apartment complexes and high-rise condominiums with pools located on upper
floors. Custom designs include rock waterfalls, cave grottos and infinity-
edge pools.
Legendary Pools and Spas - Phoenix, AZ 2002 - 2004
Developed partnership and started custom design pool and spa company.
Secured investors, developed business and marketing plans, designed company
logo, sales brochures, advertising etc, generated leads to custom design
and sell pools and spas.
Shasta Pools - Phoenix, AZ
Contractor Sales Manager - 11 years
Responsible for managing a contractor direct program designed to increase
our competitiveness in a high-volume pool building market. Custom designed
and sold over 150 in-ground gunite pools and spas per year ranging in price
between $10,000 and $250,000. Responsible for managing all aspects and
phases of pool construction project including negotiating contract with
customer, financial institutions and construction contractors. Sold over
1000 pools in 11 years. Achieved a Customer Service rating that was
consistently in the top 5% of the company.

Homebuilder Sales Representative - 2 years
Responsible for securing and maintaining accounts with major homebuilders
in the Phoenix area including Shea and Beazer Homes. Designed and
negotiated pool and spa packages that met the homebuilder's quality and
customer service standards. Provided superior customer service to our
mutual home-owner customers while managing all aspects and phases of pool
construction including creating pool designs according to customer's
specifications, negotiating with finance managers, sub-contractors and
