Wrote custom processes to interface unique AGF requirements with vendor
software and to process information for Data Warehousing. Provided IT
solutions using multiple processing formats and programming languages
including VSAM, DB2, COBOL, Easytrieve, SQL and CICS.
> Led projects to install releases of Fair Isaac (FICO) vendor software,
which is used by American General Finance to automate and perfect loan
application processing and credit decision strategies.
> Key team member of a two-year company initiative to install complete
replacement of FICO software that offered improved fraud detection and
enhanced credit reporting.
> Coordinated between systems and users, modified the system to fit AGF
computer environment and built interfaces with other non-FICO systems.
> Led a project to design and implement a process to maintain current
USPS standard addresses on all core DB2 Data Warehouse tables.
> Designed, coded and implemented COBOL/DB2 programs to update, load and
extract data using DB2 tables.
> Led Information Management portion of a Marketing initiative to
increase Non-Real Estate lending which generated over $3 million
dollars business during the first six months following implementation.
> Initiated, analyzed and designed the automation of downloading files
received from outside sources, saving approximately 150 man-hours a
year.

> Lead Trainer for sales force automation rollouts. Wrote and conducted
end-user training for standard and custom applications including Word,

for end-user support after initial roll out.
