Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Operating Systems and Mac OS8-OSX, as well as

proficiency in: Oracle, Seibel, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Access),

and working knowledge of SAP application. Advanced internet troubleshooting/technical support
