Dean) on the talent needs for academic staff that
support the curriculum direction (curriculum
development is centralized in Arizona, but local
staff must be developed / selected to properly

Faculty/Faculty Trainer/State Military Education Liaison (2006
to 2008)
. Created a stabilization and retention plan for the
Louisiana Army and Air National Guard adopted by Military
Senior Leadership and executed by Military Career
Counselors, Readiness NCO's, and Veteran Service

. Successfully negotiated terms to a contract (perpetual
contract) with the Louisiana Military Department which
allows University of Phoenix access and use of 74 military
