. Service as an expert in roll manufacturing process, track roll quality
and rolling performance in the mill and conduct failure analysis
. Lead R/D efforts in developing new roll grades which are successfully
applied to an American CSP rolling line and in the magnesium wire feed
project for grey iron inoculation
. Perform continuous process improvements on EAF/ Ladle Furnace charging
optimization, ladle preheating with lid and spin casting practice
modification
