Western Region Area Manager of Human Resources

o Responsible for managing the overall HR support of 700 field and

professional employees that included accounting, supply chain,

engineering, executive and plant employees in the regional headquarters

and 12 natural gas processing plants in Texas and New Mexico

o Strategic partner and direct support to the Western Region Vice

President and Asset Managers that included succession planning, merit
