Grill is responsible for the daily operation of the business. Required
responsibilities included, but are not limited to oversee the hiring of
department staff and ensuring that the high standards and expectations are
met. Monthly budgets are set and discussed during management meetings. Each
department is responsible for meeting the budget requirements. Weekly
meetings are held with the restaurant mgmt to ensure personal development.
The General Manager of Boston's is also involved with the hotel mgmt and
attended communication meetings to discuss current events of each facility
and the affects on each. A business plan is developed based on the meeting
to effectively handle the increase or decrease in sales.
October 2006 - February 2008 - General Manager Chili's Paragould, AR
General Managers for Chili's are responsible for the daily operation of the
business. Duties include setting budgets, ensuring budgets are kept,
hiring within the Corvirtus standards, ensuring schedules are made with not
only that labor goals are kept, but also with the expectations of the guest
are met. Meeting prospective vendors and negotiating pricing. Conducting
manager evaluations to aide in their continuing growth. Conduct bi-weekly
meetings with managers to aid them in communicating
goals to the staff and devise an action plan in obtaining their goals.

As a Mazzio's independent franchisee, responsibilities included, but not
limited to compiling and submitting reports to Mazzio's Corporate, payroll,
handled all advertising, and ensured the overall operation of the
restaurant was in accordance with the Mazzio's guidelines.
As a "The UPS Store" franchisee, complete training was required for Federal
shipping guidelines, hazmat, and International shipping. The retail portion
of the business required constant attention to maintain current buying
trends and seasonal needs. All was kept current through quarterly training
classes.
R&R Rental was the vehicle I used to purchase, renovate, and lease housing.
