Enter medical readiness data in to the Medical Protection System (MEDPROS)

to ensure proper tracking and processing of Soldiers. Receive and screen

telephone calls, referring to the proper staff.

Receive patients into the clinic waiting area and serve as the first

customer point of contact for positive customer care. Orient patients to

the clinical area and instruct them on applicable clinic procedures and

regulations. Obtain and file results of tests and other procedures.

Prepare a variety of material including reports, memos, etc. from oral

instructions and written drafts. Prepare and maintain administrative

with policy and regulations

Coordinate consultative requests and arrange appointments with clinics and

consultants. Check contents of patient's medical record for treatment

records, progress notes and doctor's notes and order sheets for required
