Armed Driver/Guard Driver/Guards will be responsible for pickup and
delivery of customer orders in accordance with a designated route, making
stops at a minimum of 30 customer locations daily. Crews typically consist
of two or three individuals and specific responsibilities will vary from
day to day.
Cash Management Services Teller Conduct deposit verification and/or
change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and
procedures. Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from
bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by
denomination. Prepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination
for each customer assigned.
ATM Technician Responsible for servicing of the clients' ATM machines.
Technician will clear faults, restock the ATM, report false alarms or
faulty equipment and keep the site clean. The Technician may remove
deposits and may restock the machine with cash. The Technician provides
security support during vendor repair meets. The Technician works
proactively to prevent ATM down time.
Vault Teller/Clerk Account for and secure all funds transiting the
branch. Conduct piece count and/or dollar value verification and inventory
audits. Receive incoming customer liability from driver/guards during check-
in operations. Separate currency, coin and/or check deposits received from
bank, ATM and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by
confirming receipt of each piece. Prepare routes by sorting in-transit
cargo by each route or direct activity to coin and/or currency tellers.
Assign outbound manifests, LA2 or other company directed means of
accountability. Maintain accountability of vault items at all times,
providing effective chain of custody of all customer liability while in
vault control.
FLM Technician The First Line Maintenance (FLM) Technician is primarily
responsible for the proper maintenance and servicing of all ATM locations
Coin Specialist/Loader Uses automated equipment, the Coin Specialist is
responsible for processing loose, bagged coin into conformed rolls to be
packaged in various denomination boxes for daily customer change order
shipments. The position is a dual-function job, loader and boxer/packer.
Each function is performed in an alternating manner; i.e., alternating
positions per 4 hours or every other day.
