Travel to different medical clinics or offices within the

state of Tennessee demonstrating the braces and durable

medical equipment to physicians so that they may order them

for their patients. Once braces are ordered, I follow up

with patients and do their fittings. Complete and fax

necessary paperwork to the home office and keep up with my

Deink Tester Technician

Perform multiple lab tests on fiber such as brightness,

consistency,

stickies, and ash. Do walk around checks on the machinery,

perform lockouts on machinery when mechanical failure

occurs, clean up fibers when the tanks run over, and help

teammates out when there are problems. Completed three

months classroom training on all areas of the paper mill.

Vulcunizer Operator/Tow Motor Operator

Loaded reels of hose onto trolleys with tow motor and

winched

into the vulcunizer. Cooked hose with steam and then

winched out

and unloaded with the tow motor and delivered to unwrap

machines.

Unwrap Machine Operator

Operated the machine that wrapped the hose from the cover

machine with nylon wrap.

Mill Operator

Ran the mill that mills rubber for the cover machine and

tubers.

Printer Operator

Put prints in the printer by specifications and changed to

different

colors of inks.

Cover Machine Operator (Hydraulic Hose)

Ran different sizes of hose and set the machine so that

the

consentrisity and O.D. of rubber was by specifications from

the

spec sheets of the hose cover. Completed and kept up with

SPC

charts.

Wire Winder Machine Operator

Put large supply spools of wire on hubs of machine. Ran

wire off

supply spools onto bobbins for braiders.

Sprayed powder paint on parts, plated window frames and
