I was in charge of the daily operations, making sure that everything that was programmed to cross to and
from Mexico, was done on time and accurately and making sure that all the customer’s needs were
resolved as soon as possible, and making sure that my warehouse and office personnel, had whatever they
needed to perform they way they were expected to do.

In charge of a traffic module of one of the major customers of the company, supervising the daily
operation to make sure that everything that’s programmed to be crossed that day is done accurately and on
time and taking care of all the customer needs and of my office personnel.

In charge of the customer service, account payable, accounts receivable, making the schedule for the
driver’s daily operation, computing the daily expenses of the drivers, and supervise the service that they
provide to the company customers.
