sells fine giftware and stationery products on both direct-to-consumer and

B-to-B/wholesale levels via direct mail (catalogs, solo mailers, brochures,

inserts, etc.), print ads, telemarketing, TV, and the Internet. Bobley-

Harmann is the publisher of Sundial Editions Planners, manufacturer of

Montefiore Fine Writing Instruments and owner/operator of GiftValues.com.

The company currently employs a full-time staff of over 30, which includes

company that operates approximately 1,500 movie screens worldwide. It is

the parent company of both Viacom and CBS corporations, and is currently

food/beverage/merchandise services of assigned Multiplex Cinema theaters
