Project Management
As a representative of RHA Construction, Inc., over see all the aspects of
building clients homes from design to completion. Achieved Green
Certification and incorporate Green Features in all homes built. Homes
range from 1200 Sq. Ft. to 5000 Sq. Ft.
2007, Contracted to work with Tash Corporation and Beechwood Retreat, LLC
in the procurement of a 140-Acre Farm that has transpired into a Minor
Subdivision that is completed and the Major started. I achieved with
proper planning, organizing, and managing all resources the successful
completion of specific project goals and objectives. Upon the completion
of the Minor Subdivision, I am actively involved with the hiring of
Realtors and Marketing of the lots and community. In addition, meet with
builders and clients to reinsure homes are built to community guidelines
and adhere to Green Criteria that I established through meetings with NAHB
and now in the Community Declaration.
Prior to working with RHA Construction, Inc. worked five years for three
companies, operating under the same umbrella/ownership. Companies are
listed below.
Primary function with all three companies was to effectively work with all
working crews, organize work, schedule material deliveries, and schedule
subcontractors to work in unity with each other. Thoroughly understand and
follow plans and specifications for each construction project and
demonstrate leadership in completion of each project.

Project Management
Built custom homes ranging from Six Hundred Thousand to One Million
Dollars, in the Resort areas of Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach including
a Historic Restoration dating back to 1820 in Dover, Delaware.

Project Superintendent
In charge of several large commercial projects under construction at the
same time that consisted of Apartment buildings and Commercial Complexes.
Traveled daily overseeing the progress of each project.

In charge of building Zimmer Hall at Wesley College, Dover, DE. Building
consisted of a forty-eight unit dorm with underground parking. This
project started in September with the demolition of three houses and two
commercial buildings and concluded in June for student athletes to move in.
Prior to Zimmer Hall, completed a Food Lion shopping center in Bridgeville,
a Forty-eight unit apartment building for Senior Citizens living in Dover
and started a sixteen-unit Condominium complex on pilings in Bethany Beach.
Upon completing a certain phase of the Condominium complex, moved on to
Milton, DE to complete another Food Lion and Shopping Center.

Project Management
As project manager for Mr. Moore, my job entailed efficient coordination of
field and office activities on assigned projects, including scheduling of
jobs. To be a liaison between Mr. Moore and the estimating team was
essential to the successful operation of all the projects.
Accomplished many different types of projects, with my first overseeing
the completion of a school and thereafter, a four million dollar Senior
Care Center and while that was in progress, started on the Sussex County
Board of Realtors facility. In addition to overseeing the commercial
projects, I got the opportunity to build custom homes along the beach. My
last project was the completion of an eleven million dollar hotel complex
in Dewey Beach.
