Vice President/Senior Credit Officer - First National Equipment Financing,
Inc. Omaha, Nebraska
Accountable for leading credit, documentation and risk management functions
for $450MM small ticket and middle-market lease and loan portfolio. Member
of senior strategic leadership team for organization, as well as member of
First National Bank of Omaha Credit Policy Committee. Performed duties of
senior credit officer, including senior credit decision-making for
organization, liaison with senior credit officers of both bank and holding
company, and risk assessment. Assisted in strategic planning for
organizational entry into asset diversification, including identification
of new markets and approval of financing programs. Restructured
origination operations to achieve a 57% improvement in cycle time and 29%

Responsible for risk management functions for $1.3B Small Fleet Services
business unit serving vehicle fleets 350 in number and below in North
America. Accountable for underwriting and portfolio surveillance,
reporting performance metrics to both Strategic Leadership Team and senior
corporate risk management via monthly dashboards and quarterly portfolio
reviews. Coordinated the transition of two portfolio acquisitions ($321MM
& $115MM), and led risk management team through revamping of underwriting
processes and structuring options to reduce net write-offs by 32bps. Acted
as champion for Six Sigma projects which expanded underwriting strike zones
for both new and existing customers, provided a prospect screening tool for
sales utilization, credit and services overline reductions and reduction in
cycle time from an average of three days down to five hours.
Risk Manager - Vehicle Alliance

Accountable for team of underwriters evaluating risk for new and existing
TRAC lease and loan customers, as well as providing management for $675MM
portfolio of vehicle lease fleets of 150 units and below. Responsible for
tracking of portfolio metrics and development of loss projections, watch
list generation and reporting to senior risk management. Assisted in
developing new processes for identifying new target markets for
organization and creating new underwriting process methods for individual
markets including direct, dealer and broker channels. Initiated system of
audit of key underwriting concepts for understanding customer backgrounds
and hazardous material transportation. Earned Six Sigma Green Belt
certification for cross functional work process project reducing total new
customer cycle time from prospect to first order from 114 days down to 31

leasing business unit of captive organization. Accountable for direct
management of operations unit with matrix responsibilities for marketing,
collection, litigation and asset management functions. Overarching profit
and loss responsibility for business unit, reporting to Global Vice
President of Operations. Responsible for leading business component of
first-ever securitization of operating lease portfolio, as well as
establishing and developing syndication relationships. Additional
relationship responsibilities include interface with outside investment
community as well as with senior management of both captive finance and
parent manufacturing organizations.
National Operations Manager - Diversified Financial Services Division
Racine, Wisconsin
Function as National Operations Manager for Diversified Financial Services
Division in Racine, Wisconsin reporting to Senior Vice President and
General Manager. Member of management committee establishing strategic
plan for $1B non-captive division and its associated policies and
procedures. Responsible for auditing, budgeting, reporting, transactional
funding and e-business strategies for division. Accountable for interface
with parent company audit, legal and securitization functions. Handle
process flow analysis for division, as well as revamping of transactional
documentation and lien perfection issues. Duties ultimately added include
responsibility for repossession and litigation management teams servicing
the non-captive portfolio.

Director of Operations - Vendor Services Division
Chicago, Illinois
Responsible for the overall operations of the five business unit division,
including the transition of operational activity from the regionally
located business units to home office in Chicago, Illinois, reporting to
divisional general manager. Participated in strategic planning for both
the corporation and division, including the consolidation of business units
into the vendor services group. Handled evaluation and hiring of managers
and staff for division. Collaborated with senior management and systems
group to develop e-commerce strategy for corporation, including proprietary
e-LINC integrated front-end system. Worked with systems group to add Fair,
Isaac scoring model into front-end system, as well as outlining initial
overlays for eCredit integration of rule sets for model, and operational
presentation of e-LINC system to corporation and its business units.
Revamped existing workflows to streamline a new consolidated process for
division. Established new guidelines with regard to qualification of
vendor and broker relationships. Operating systems utilized include
InfoLease and LeasePlus.

Senior Credit Manager/Credit & Lease Operations Manager

Responsibilities include acting as senior credit manager in charge of
establishing credit policy and procedure for parent company, and
functioning as credit & lease operations manager for leasing division of
organization. Oversaw transition of leasing operations from Livermore,
California to Austin, Texas as a result of the acquisition of Triad Systems
by Cooperative Computing, Inc. Handled transitional issues involved with
the joining of the two organizations with regard to credit and leasing;
interviewed, hired and trained entirely new credit and leasing staff.
Coordinated with Decision Systems Inc. leasing computer software
conversion. Revamped credit processes for both the corporation and leasing
company, and developed a leasing documentation department. Involved in
decision making process for lease operations including establishing and
maintaining discounting relationships with lending partners, establishing

Credit Manager/Credit Manager - Relationship
Austin/Dallas, Texas
Functioned as credit manager for Newcourt Financial in Dallas, Texas, and
as credit manager for the relationship group of accounts for Newcourt/Dell
Computer Corporation joint venture in Austin, Texas. Was responsible for
the establishment and maintenance of credit standards and operations of the
four largest customer bases of Dell for DFS. Handled establishment of
credit department for DFS, including obtaining credit resources, creating
formats for credit analysis and write-ups, filing systems, etc. as well as
development of system for ongoing credit reviews. Worked with Newcourt
senior credit management to establish credit criteria for large ticket
leasing transactions up to $70MM. Oversaw preparation of credit proposals
for Newcourt credit and investment committees. Responsible for hiring and
management of credit analysts and credit specialists, including evaluation
of skill levels, granting of credit authorities and review of employee
performance. Charged with the assimilation of employees into credit
culture of company, and trained employees in use of Lotus 123 and Lotus
Notes. Computer skills used included Word, Excel, Lotus 123, Lotus Notes

Regional Manager of Accounts - Inventory Finance Division
Dallas, Texas
Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of relationships with
fifty inventory finance customers. Handled operational functions of
business with "end to end responsibility;" beginning with customer at
application point and following through to liquidation and disposal of
assets, if necessary. Initial decision-making responsibilities included
the establishment of original credit facility through financial statement
analysis, credit and business report review, interaction with dealer to
determine the size, scope and nature of the inventory finance credit
facility to be extended, and continued through the procurement of pertinent
documentation to properly secure the credit facility, including the proper
filing of UCC information and the negotiation of intercreditor agreements.
Maintenance of account operations included the identification and
resolution of customer inquiries and resolving collection questions while
protecting the collateral position of the organization. Accountable for
maintaining up-to-date risk ratings of dealer accounts by analyzing
subsequent and interim financial statements and dealer performance history.
Zone Credit Analyst - Inventory Finance Division
Overland Park, Kansas
Primary duties included performing credit decision-making functions for
inventory finance credit facilities for equipment dealers by analyzing
financial statements, investigating business credit references, reviewing
documentation and reporting requirements for documentation and activation
of dealer relationships. Responsible for the identification of conflicting
lienholders and the subsequent negotiation of intercreditor subordination
agreements. Extensive interface with members of sales force, as well as
individual dealers, to determine background and business plans of potential
customers, and negotiation of terms of dealer programs. Accountable for
the establishment and maintenance of dealer relationships into database of
organization, as well as reviews of existing relationship documentation and
performance assessments. Computer software utilized within this position
included WordPerfect and Lotus 123.
Senior Operations Coordinator - Leasing Services
Carrollton, Texas
Main accountabilities included obtaining and analyzing commercial credit
information, reviewing financial statements and tax returns to determine
the credit worthiness of equipment dealers and lessees, and handling the
documentation and booking of lease transactions. Decision making
responsibilities included the approval/rejection of applicants on both
secured and unsecured lease contracts, approval of dealers and brokers, and
recommendation for acceptance of leasing programs and collateral.
Designated as "high credit pen" for South Central regional processing team,
and was responsible for the analysis of largest credit transactions for the
team. Initially responsible Dallas, Texas area vendor-based transactions
as well as employee training and maintenance of vendor relationships;
progressed into handling all facets of equipment broker relationships for
the team. Primary focus began with approval process of broker
relationships and transactions with customers; position expanded into
solicitation of brokers and development of programs as well. Co-authored
broker manual now being used by organization as reference guide, and
