corrective action to get the elevators to current cod requirements.

all jobs from the award phase to the elevator final acceptance. Performed

takeoffs from blue prints, estimated jobs using SAP, estimated expenses and

labor rates, negotiated contract riders terms and conditions, created

preliminary and final drawings, ordered material, conducted job site

visits, witnessed the turnover of elevators during the final phase of

construction. Secured elevator service contracts with the building owners

at the end of the preliminary service period. Held project management

meeting biweekly to discuss the status of all ongoing jobs. Clients

included Winter Park construction, Whiting-Turner construction, Finfrock

construction, PCL construction, and Yates construction.
