shipping and receiving as well as updating the computer inventory system. I

also did daily cycle counts and picked orders from a pick ticket to ship

out.

Lead Tampa/Night Dispatcher

Achievements: I was promoted to Lead Tampa dispatcher and dispatched all 3

cities the company had in Florida.

I worked in a call center answering phones and inputting the information

into the computer. I would then dispatch jobs for my area to anywhere from

10 to 30 drivers depending on location and urgency. I would also

periodically drive and deliver packages. I worked closely with the clients

to make sure their deliveries were done to their satisfaction.

Achievements: I was promoted from order picker to Shipping/Receiving Clerk.

I would load and unload trucks with a forklift. I counted all incoming

freight for accuracy and put that info into the computer system. I packaged
