Primary responsibilities include estimating/quoting job contracts for floor

outside processing including stress relieve, blast, grinding, and chrome

Started as a Foreman for general machinist and boring mill departments.

Estimated/quoted job contracts for machines; managed 13 employees. Two

years later was promoted to CNC Foreman. Supervised 22 employees, scheduled

machines for day and night shifts, quoted job contracts for CNC machines,

ordered/purchased material. Was promoted to account executive. Serviced

company's major vendors- Stouffer's Frozen Foods, Ford Casting Plant, Plain

Dealer, and Sherman Williams. Promoted to plant manager sub division AMD

Custom Welding in 1999.

Estimating & Project Engineer May 1989 - Sept 1992: Anchor Tool and Die

Estimated job contracts for production for machining department; scheduled

machines to meet delivery requirements.

Director of Purchasing Sept 1974 - May 1989: John L Molnar/NVT Inc.

Started as a machinist in the grinding and lathe department. Promoted to

nightshift foreman after 5 years. Programmed and set-up CNC mills and

lathes. Transferred to paint and anodize to help resolve department

problems. Promoted to Director of Purchasing in 1985
