Grinder Magazine was a nationally distributed magazine that covered events around the
U nited States. We featured a variety of custom vehicles as well as Tech articles, new
products, and many other custom automotive related articles. This was a print magazine
t hat was a instant success with its readers.

The event that I have been putting together for the last 13 years involves a multitude of
tasks. I am involved in meetings with state and local authorities to make sure the event is a
success in all aspects. I have set up celebrity appearances, stunt shows, and musical acts to
give attendees an all around great time. The event has been featured in over 100 national
print magazines, and hundreds of online magazines. The event has been nominated for
show of the year by Mini Truckin Magazine and recognized as one of the Premier events on
t he West Coast.

The T he Southern California Mini Truck Council (S.C.M.T.C.) is a non-profit,
mutual benefit corporation. This is an organization that is incorporated with the
State of California and the Federal Government. Our primary aim and purpose is
to bring people together with the same interest in mini trucking. Three (3) day
events known as truck runs, car shows, road rally's and cruise nights are some of
the events that are hosted by Council members. The Council members have come
together as one to help and support many reputable charities.
Council members are obligated to promote safety and to observe all city, State and
Federal Laws at all times. The S.C.M.T.C. does not promote or tolerate violence or
alcohol and drug abuse .

In charge of all sandblasting, high pressure washing, and chemical
stripping. Did all maintenance on all equipment including swamp coolers,
baking ovens, pressure washer, chemical strip tank, sand blasting
equipment and booth. Prepared and welded custom racks for parts being
coated.

Inspects records to insure completeness and internal consistency in quality control
and data substantiating diagnosis and treatment; Maintains confidentiality of patient
records in accordance with established legal requirements.
Assembles medical records and evaluates them for completeness; reviews patient
charts and abstract essential information such as history, findings, laboratory, X-ray
results, surgeries, diagnoses, and date and hour of admission and treatments.
Accepts subpoenas for medical record information and prepares replies; determine if
requests for release of medical information are legal and to verify the identity of the
i nquirer as needed.
Responds to inquiries in writing or by telephone concerning patient medical records.

Typing-60 wpm
Familiar with programs such as Photoshop, Word, and Excel.
I am also familiar with photography. I have published photos and articles in magazines such as
Sport Truck and Mini Truckin.
