I have had more than 20 years experience in judging the constructability of

designs, applying building techniques, managing construction projects, and

leading groups of professionals to resolve issues and problems related to

construction and design, comprehensive management experience in all phases

of general contracting, such as scheduling, job cost tracking, estimating

and negotiating for both change order and bid-work working with customers,

vendors, and contractors.

My work history includes Site excavation and grading, Installation of

storm, sanitary and water lines and structures, including innovative pipe

rehabilitation (cement-mortar lining, internal joint seals, cured-in-place

pipe, slip lining, pipe bursting). Installation of communication power

conduits and manhole systems, concrete flat and structural. Roadway work

including paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, Site demolition,

renovation of Buildings and Parking Garages. Experience with a wide range

of military construction, design, and facilities maintenance programs,

experience in managing third party construction, Secret clearance would not

While estimating and negotiating with contractors and sub-contractors

from pre-bid to close out. I have maintained a thinking of "fast

track scheduling" to maximize the profitability for all parties. I

have also been involved in "Value Engineering" to cut costs to our

clients in order to maintain profitable in an unsure construction and

economic market. And the use of quality contractors to maintain the

reputation and safety on the jobsite, which I have also tried to

secure with desired and long-term relationships from all parties.

concrete work, storm drain, water and sanitary sewer throughout the

metro area. With projects ranging from fifty thousand to twenty

million.

2004 to 2007

Working with a General contractor in Baltimore. (Doracon Contracting)

Estimation and Project Management. Work consisting of concrete work,

site excavating, storm drain, water and sanitary sewer throughout the

metro area. With projects ranging from fifty thousand to fifteen

million.

2003 to 2004:

Working with a General contractor in Washington D.C. O'Donnell Const.)

Estimation and Project Management. Work consisting of refurbishing

parking garages, concrete work, site excavating, storm drain, water

and sanitary sewer throughout the metro area. With projects ranging

from twenty thousand to ten million.

2002 to 2003:

Working with a concrete contractor in the D.C. Metro area, (Shelby

Concrete) Estimation and Project Management. Work consisting of high

rise structures, Box culverts. and flat work with projects ranging

from fifty thousand to fifteen million. I did not realize that they

were in a financial problem plus their workmanship was poor causing

more financial problems.

1995 to 2002:

Working with a utility contractor in Washington D.C. (Magnolia

Plumbing) Estimation and Project Management. Work consisting of Storm

drain, Water and Sanitary Sewer throughout the metro area. With

projects ranging from twenty thousand to three million. I have a good

clientele relationship with a lot of companies in the metro area.
