2008 – Present Physician Recruiter, Beck-Field & Associates, Selma, Texas

• Establish rapport with assigned clients/hospitals and submit Physician CV’s for review.

• Review CV’s, interview Physicians and create profiles.

• Maintain communication between hospital staff and Physician candidate on their status.

• Set-up phone interview and site-visit with Physician and hospital.
