To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to recommend Nate Conklin for a teaching position. He was a
student teacher at Mountain Island this year, and he was wonderful. He
immediately adapted to Mountain Island, and was never hesitant to offer his
own ideas and perspectives.
Nate is a team player and always has the best interests of his students and
the school in mind. He is a confident instructor and manages the classroom
well. Nate wrote lesson plans and did an excellent job executing them.
The students loved Mr. Conklin. Nate commands respect, but is genuinely
caring and interested in each of the students.
The school that ultimately hires Nate will find itself fortunate indeed. If
our district was not in the midst of a budget crisis, I'm certain he would
be hired by CMS immediately.
I highly recommend Nate for employment. He is a team player and would make
a great asset to any school system. If you have any questions please feel
free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Megan Moore

To Whom It May Concern,
I am proud to have the opportunity of writing a teaching
recommendation for Nate Conklin. He has been an active part of the
Mountain Island staff during the 2008-2009 school year while completing his
student teaching assignment.
Throughout this year, I have observed Nate's performance both formally
and informally. My overall impression is nothing but positive as I have
seen him interact with students, parents, and members of the Mountain
Island family. He is truly an outstanding young educator with marvelous
potential in his chosen profession.
Mr. Conklin's instructional planning was well thought out and
flexible. He adapted well to the unpredictable events during the school
day. Mr. Conklin developed an excellent understanding of the needs of
individual students in the class.
I have no hesitation recommending Mr. Conklin to be included as a
teacher at any school. Mr. Conklin has high potential and professional
commitment to become a wonderful teacher. He is an outstanding young man
who has nothing but a wonderful career ahead of him.
Sincerely,
Tracy R. Meredith
