Administrative Manager
Raw Spirit Festival, Non-Profit
08/10-Current

raw food demos, data entry, customer service, research, marketing and
promotion, using Excel and Word, community and online networking as well as
assisting the General Manager and the CEO.
Administrative Manager/Advocate
Coryell County Youth Advocate Program, Non-Profit
03/10-07/10
The Coryell County Youth Advocate Program was contracted by the County
Juvenile Probation Department and served the highest-risk youth on
probation in that county. My responsibilities included administrative
support, locating resources in the community and making them available to
the advocates, clients and families, networking within the community-
especially with other non-profits so we could better serve the community,
keeping the lines of communication open between the staff, clients and
community linkages, preparing statistical data and reports in preparation
for possible future contracts within the area, organizing and participating
in group outings such as bbq's, horseback riding at a local ranch, trip to
a water park, graduation ceremonies for the youth, ect. Once the Probation
Department decided to cut the YAP program, I assisted my Program Manager
and Regional Manager in preparing presentations for the Probation Board and
the local school districts. I also made sure the clients had every
available resource they were in need of already set up, such as counseling
or job assistance so when the program was no longer available they would
not be without resources. I also volunteered a large amount of my personal
time to the YAP program and the youth outside my required duties to better
serve the needs of the youth and their families. I assisted in training of
YAP employees, in areas pertaining to communication and mentoring. I
attended webinars conducted by YAP, Inc. and utilized any training
materials available, especially pertaining to social work. I have conducted
many hours of research in statistics related to addiction, domestic abuse,
at-risk youth, crime, institution placement, and anything to do with
problems in our society, contributing factors and successful resolutions.
I was laid off from my position at CCYAP when the funding was no longer
available to sustain the program. I continued to volunteer my time to
support the last month of the program by organizing events and supporting
efforts to find funding. My rapport with my co-workers and the YAP clients
were very positive. It was important to me to do more than just the
minimum, and in fact gave my whole effort possible to reach out to the
families in need and be a voice and a line of support for them. I often met
with clients and their family members just to give them encouragement or be
a sounding wall when they needed a confidant.
Manager
Southern Multifoods, Nacogdoches, Tx
3/09 - 10/09
I worked as a manager for a restaurant in Nacogdoches. I was in charge of
shift change, financial accountability, employee management, food and
health safety, customer service, cleanliness, office paperwork, inventory,
ect.
I ended my employment there when my doctor put me on bed rest in the last
months of my pregnancy.
Owner
One Love For All Bakery, Nacogdoches, Tx
1/01 - 2/09
I ran my own business with the hopes of turning non-profit and ministering
to others in need. I conceptualized the business from start to finish,
organizing the product, shipment, advertising and distribution. I made
healthy baked goods like energy bars and handmade dark chocolate. When the
time came I decided to go non-profit, my business suddenly grew and I could
not handle the high volume of sales on my own. I learned a lot and still
utilize the skills obtained in running a business. My goal of a non-profit
ministry is still in the works, but I am doing more research and praying
about how it needs to happen in the future.

friends and the support of one teacher, a ministry which is still active in
the school currently.

To whom it may concern:
I would like to recommend Sarah Brian-Munoz as a candidate for a position
with your organization. In her position as Administrative Manager, Sarah
was employed in our office from May 2010 - July 2010.
Sarah did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our
organization during her tenure with the office. She has excellent written
and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work
independently, and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all
projects are completed in a timely manner.
Sarah was always willing to offer her assistance and had an excellent
rapport with the many constituents served by our office including clients,
employers, and other professional organizations. It is unfortunate for
Youth Advocate Program, Inc. that, due to the loss of our contract with our
Referral Authority, we must close our program and lose valued employees
such as Sarah. I would highly recommend her for any position or career that
she may now choose to pursue. She would be an asset to any employer and I
recommend her for any endeavor she chooses to pursue.
Yours truly,
Clarence Taylor
