of the SPHE's first worldwide digital asset management system (ACORN)

. Managed seamless delivery of all creative materials from MGM's various

archives and oversaw the migration of over 95,000 assets into Company's

existing data asset management system enabling SPHE to release titles on

time without increased servicing costs.

Acquisition titles as well as the product launches of PSP and Blu-ray.

. Managed all creative for SPHE's international mobile phone deals

including Nokia's global Spider-Man 3 campaign.

. Oversaw team launch of an international FTP site, that resulted in reduce

shipping and CD Rom duplication costs of over $25K, within the first

year.

. Defined and managed the regional marketing budget for Asia.

. Reduced costs of sell sheet creative and production by 10%.

. Re-structured department to strengthen servicing levels on a regional
