. Directed corporate-wide bulk paper program where all print buyers
purchase paper at pre-negotiated volume discounted prices.
. Established corporate-wide savings program for printing direct mail
campaigns with a total monthly print run of 25 million pieces. This
program saved millions of dollars over a five-year period through the
elimination of vendor set up charges.
. Directed international procurement process for printing of special
projects with multiple overseas vendors. This change resulted in a 40%
savings from domestic vendors.

marketing coordinators and print buyers.
