I strive in being a team player; I’m skilled in communicating with a lot of different

managers and departments on a daily basis always utilizing my exceptional customer

service skills, my attention to detail, and accurate follow-up. I am used to working with

many off site clients, vendors and meeting planners; I also enjoy trying to up sell the

hotels amenities to guests to increase daily revenues. I have a very positive and outgoing

I have been in the hotel business for 18 years I have in-depth knowledge of working in
