Desired Position My objective is a full time position in an administrative

support/bookkeeping role with the potential to grow with

the company and gain increased responsibility as I

contribute to the company's growth. I enjoy working with

people and providing a high level of customer and co-worker

support.

Skills Set The highest education level attained is a bachelor's degree,

with continuing training in relevant software and industry

related skills. I have high proficiency with MS Office

products, QuickBooks and other industry specific programs.

Duties: administrative support for Industrial Waste Dept, interact

with public regarding testing requirements, generate public

notices for testing, and electronic and hard copy records

maintenance for municipal, state and federal compliance.

Left this position due to economic downsizing, and

relocated with spouse for his job transfer.

Duties: administrative support for mortgage brokers, set up loan

files for underwriting, purchasing, process payments, local

office HR, business development, customer service,

marketing and event planning. Left when local office was

Duties: A/R, A/P, financial reports, budgets, payroll, bank

reconciliations, managed facilities, student workers and

volunteers; marketing and fund raising for the college,

assisted with development plans and relationship building

with affiliated organizations, teaching communications and

computer courses, perform functions of human resources

office. This position was unpaid and the hours varied from

part - full time and were worked in conjunction with other

employment.

Duties: job costing, timecard processing, local office HR,

scheduling service calls, compiling construction job site

manuals for OSHA compliance, purchasing, collections, event

planning and receptionist. Company closed branch office to

reduce overhead.
