Objective:

Construction coordinator/supervisor in the construction industry,

successfully completing all construction projects on time, within budget,

safely and to the satisfaction of all customers and higher personnel.

Summary of qualifications:

. Involved in the Minnesota construction industry for 15 years. I

currently hold a Minnesota Residential Contractors License.

. Hands on experience and directly supervised over 225 individual homes

during this period.

. Managed as many as 40 homes under construction at once, all with

multiple building partners in various stages of rough and finish

construction.

. Ability to multi task and coordinate with these subcontractors while

delivering my projects by the promised completion date shows my

commitment and dedication to my employers and customers.

. Computer knowledge in various scheduling programs such as Build Pro

and Excel, and I have designed my own spreadsheets in Excel to track

subcontractor progress and payments.

Professional experience:

August 2007-January 2009: Pintail Development, Annandale MN.

. Relied upon to supervise plan drafting, bid submittals, contract

awarding, construction scheduling and supervision, quality control,

change orders and subcontractor payments.

. Provided realtors with pricing sheets for change orders and home

upgrades or add-ons.

. Coordinated with insurance company to repair hail damage to new and

existing homes.

. Diligently enforced OSHA guidelines to maintain constant compliance.

2002- August 2007: Lennar Homes, Wayzata MN.

. Trusted with all stages of residential single and multi-family

construction from homeowner blueprint review to homeowners' acceptance

of finished home, with total sales of my projects exceeding $40

million.

. Was one of few builders with the ability to schedule, coordinate, and

approve payments for over 30 subcontractors on every home, while

having over 40 homes under construction at one time.

. Direct supervisor of the construction of over 150 homes and assisted

with the construction supervision on another 50.

. Trusted to be the liaison between main office and homeowners for all

walkthroughs, quality checks and warranty issues for homes 10 years

old or newer.

. Regularly received bonuses based on the results of JD Power surveys

filled out by my homeowners. Needed to receive average scores of 9/10

in homeowner satisfaction.

. Updated and maintained all necessary SWPPP information.

Education:

North Dakota State University: B.S. Construction Management with minor

emphasis in business administration.
