Production Manager

Responsible for all of the plant operations and maintenance including the

facility, production procedures and operators, quality assurance, and cost

savings efforts.

. Improved production efficiency from 73% to 105% in one year.

. Trained, implemented, and maintained 6-S workplace organization standards

which created a positive environment, increased employee moral, and

became the model plant for sister companies.

. Responsible for training of the TS4000 computer system.
