Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include; handling a high volume of inbound customer calls,

research and resolve billing and service equipment issues, and provide

information on Verizon Wireless products and services. Demonstrate the

ability to quickly analyze customers and a commitment to customer service

by following up on calls to ensure superior results.

Delta Airlines

Huntsville, Alabama November 2006 - May 2008 (Call Center was closed on

May 16, 2008)

Reservation Sales Agent

Responsibilities included handling incoming passenger inquiries with the

purpose of booking reservations for Delta and its partners or affiliates.

Answered questions regarding schedules, fares or reissues, sold air space,

and records transactions by reserving the desired space. Accurately

answered informational questions to ensure a smooth travel experience,
