WORKERS' COMPENSATION COORDINATOR responsible for the overall monitoring,

evaluation and processing of Workers' Compensation claims. This includes

filing workers' compensation claims; performing clerical work for the

department; arranging for restricted duty; attending court hearings; the

evaluation of reserves, recommendation of resolution of claim issues,

determination of benefits, and coordination with claimants, clients,

vendors and attorneys in order to comply with required claims handling

standards and adherence to the rules and regulations of the Alabama state

Workers' Compensation Laws.

. Analyze claims, determine compensability, pay benefits and settle

claims within established dollar authority and according to company

. Communicate with injured worker, Third Party Administrators, and

others in a professional and timely manner.

. Settlement / reserve authority as established by management.

. Constant pursuit of educational seminars and classes to increase
