Client: PA State Police (PSP)

Description: Currently HR system is designed on different environments

as selection process for Cadet/LEOT in Mapper and SQL server,

payroll in SAP 6.0 CWOPA ImaginePA and Transfer/posting in SQL

Server for managing the Employees in entire locations across

Pennsylvania. State Police agency is having problems to mange HR

system effectively in time due to scattered modules of HR on

different systems. To overcome the issues IPS project is

launched to integrate e-Recruitment and HR system to interface

with CWOPA ImaginePA. Special agency rules and policies are to

be processed prior interfacing data with state payroll system

ImaginePA to avoid delays in issuing correct salary in

employee's pay slip.

As a Sr. SAP HR - consultant, major responsibilities are:

. Review available schemas, subschemas and database modeling to

ensure approach to layout is logical to support IPS

Description: Freemanco is implementing SAP 6.0 HR, FI for managing the

Employees for 60 locations across US. As a part of

implementation project has been divided in Financial Accounting

in Release I go-live. For Release 2 Go-Live for HR including

Payroll, Time, Benefits, ESS, MSS. SAP Portal is being used as

front-end and XI is used for interfacing with various external

vendors and with Legacy systems. Freemanco has employee strength

of approximate 8000 employees in all the locations.

As a SAP - HR consultant, Major responsibilities are covered as

. Customizing Payroll Schema to ensure approach to layout is

logical to support our Union and Non Union Requirements

of CWOPA (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania). This is a public sector

project that covers HR system of all the 53 different agencies,

boards and commissions. As a functional consultant, configured

net payroll, Benefits, Garnishment and Taxes sub modules of HR-

Payroll system to include Union, State and Federal rules and

Policies.

iCIS is a state welfare system designed to provide TANF, GA,

CASH, Medical, LIHEAP and FS assistance to the eligible PA state

welfare residents. Healthcare module of iCIS covers Medicaid,

Medicare, Health Insurance Premium Payment Plan, AccessPlus,

Long Term Care, Facility Institution, Medical waiver and Third

party liabilities to provide food stamp, cash and medical

assistance to eligible PA residents per state and federal

welfare programs.
