My name is M'Liss Curry and I am looking for a long term position and

have 16 years of administrative experience from typing correspondence,

filing, compiling data, data entry, spreadsheet reports to accounts

payable. Besides the office duties mentioned I performed accounts payable,

reconciled monthly expenditures, tracked and match invoices, prepared

invoices, inter office memo's, opened incoming mail and distributed the

mail. I ordered office supplies, and the main contact for vendors.

I am detailed oriented and experienced in maintaining financial

reports, creating excel spreadsheets, making budget changes, and maintain

all other type's documents.

I was the administrative assistant for 5 project managers at Pemco,

Inc. a construction company in Paola, Kansas and the main contact when you

enter the office and handled all office inquiries and departmental tasks..

I am advanced user with the Microsoft Office programs such as Word,

Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Lotus and I am also a Notary Public. I would

spreadsheets on our advertising expenses. Maintain filing system and track

invoices. I also voided rent deposit checks that would come in on the

buildings that Cummins rented for their tool sale. I also calculated the

bus fare to be charged to each truck on our Greyhound Account.

Pemco, Inc. - 1998 - 2001

Administrative Assistant to 7 Project Managers, answered the office phone,

filled, typed letters of correspondence, kept track of job shop drawing

between us, the engineers and suppliers, track workman's comp insurance on

suppliers, prepared Change Orders on Budget Program, Supervised my

Assistant on filing, typing, preparing any Project Safety Manuals and

Project Managers Notebooks. I was Involved with the interview process,

hiring, and training of my assistant. Coordinated company holiday party's,

handled and managed any problems that might occur within my department.

Miami County Government - 1995 - 1998

Executive Secretary for the County Clerk - I managed the County Clerk's

calendar, scheduled meetings, scheduled flights, booked hotels was the

liaison for the County Clerk. I prepared Monday Commissioner's Meeting

Room along with the agenda, typed the minutes and indexed the minutes in

Journals for historical reference. I typed correspondence, maintained the

Senate and House Bills, Researched Genealogy and County Roads, Entered

Accounts Payable, Elections, Voter Registration, and Data Entry for

Employees Vacation Time.
