completion of a 29-bed $2.6 million, 20,554 square foot addition
to an existing long-term care facility that included a dementia
unit paired with a physical therapy rehabilitation facility
located in Bainbridge, Ohio.
Retail Negotiated A / E fees and directly supervised twelve team
members in the fast track delivery of multiple bid packages for an
$13 million 165,000 square foot two level addition to an existing
enclosed shopping mall in Boca Raton, Florida.

Retail Proactively negotiated A / E fees and directly supervised nine
team members in the fast track delivery of multiple bid packages
for an $8 million 36,634 sq. ft. two-level Crate & Barrel
Homestore. Store occupied in record time. Client established
store as a quality benchmark for contract documents and
construction administration. Successfully negotiated 20% of
original contract's base fee for additional services.
Federal Accomplished successful client contract negotiations,
supervised site surveys, executed design and completed
construction / bidding documents for $1.5 million of renovations
to nine occupied U.S. Postal facilities in seven weeks.
Federal Coordinated quality control of drawings and specs for the
world's tallest control tower and 43,500 sq. ft., FAA TRACON
Building at Indianapolis International Airport. Exerted extensive
technical expertise designing the control tower's 52 ft. tall x
16,500 sq. ft. conical glass and metal panel curtain wall.

( Directed the renovation of an occupied 93,413 sq. ft. casino
and its integration with a new three-level 250,000 sq. ft.
casino addition complete with sports bar, signature
restaurant, buffet and back-of-house functions. Both $.75
million renovation and $31.3 million addition were completed
in nine months!
( Translated and maintained design concept intent and provided
quality control document review / coordination for a $17.7
million, 307-room four story hotel and a $28.9 million, three-
level 190,000 sq. ft. conference center featuring a 46 ft.
tall interior waterfall!

Responsible for client presentation of design options, production of all
contract documents, selection and administration of consultant contracts
and their work. Performed / supervised all phases of design, bidding and
construction for the following projects:
Financial $2 million total gut renovation of a continuously occupied,
27,645 sq. ft., two-level First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust.
Telecom Fast track delivery of a $4 million, 32,320 sq. ft. call center
/ corporate office building. Provided all site design, space
planning and build-out services.
