Managed development of a system using Remedy to track U.S. Treasury employees’ outside employment

and other types of outside finances that are required to be recorded by law. Designed a relational

database and used SQL to query the data. I was assigned to this project in its inception phase

Developed algorithmic model of Aluminum Forging tool design process. Used model to develop, test and

implement an AI system (with team) to design forging tools from order specifications in an effort to replace

the tool designer so they could work on forging dies. Significantly reduced flow time through the mill.

Developed forging tool design system that used minimally trained individuals to design forging tools from

blue prints correcting errors and making sure that all forging tools complied with current tool design rules

Mastered neural networks and developed a feed forward network to design forging blocker tools. Neural

networks showed definite signs of learning tool design rules.

Developed a proposal to use neural networks in the ultrasonic inspection devices used to inspect

aerospace products. Project funded for three month evaluation period. Savings involved elimination of

re stabilizing the inspection devices after every anomaly was explored.
