• Developed, designed, and supervised the installation of a production display

providing real-time production data to plant personnel.

• Designed, programmed and started PLC system replacing outdated hardwired

controls for bulk material delivery, enabling faster isolation and repair.

online programming of each PLC independently.

• Designed, programmed, and started PLC system to convey 5 different products to

any of 12 packaging lines.

• Designed, programmed, and started PLC system that distributed powdered epoxy

paint to 96 stations of an automotive spray booth. Paints were electrostatically

applied by manual and robotic equipment saving man-hours and avoiding potential

EPA violations.

Instrumentation

• Designed, procured, and started up a hardwired electrical/electronic oil heating

storage system expanding storage capacity of temperature sensitive materials by

85%.

• Designed and started remote camera monitoring system for glass furnace enabling

safer operation and higher product quality.
