unloading system from hardwired to PLC control, resulting in safer, more efficient

• Developed, designed, and supervised the installation of a production display

providing real-time production data to plant personnel.

• Designed, programmed and started PLC system replacing outdated hardwired

controls for bulk material delivery, enabling faster isolation and repair.

online programming of each PLC independently.

any of 12 packaging lines.

applied by manual and robotic equipment saving man-hours and avoiding potential

EPA violations.

Instrumentation

storage system expanding storage capacity of temperature sensitive materials by

85%.
