This position is part-time and I am seeking full time employment. My
responsibilities include assisting team managers with their voluntary role.
This includes explaining the requirements of the position as well
assisting with anything that they need. I am also responsible for
invoicing the teams for club fees and other charges. I handle collections
as well. In this role I edit and publish our company website. We use
QuickBooks as our accounting software. I maintain our database of players
and teams. I also help with the administrative responsibilities for the
annual try-outs that are held to select players for the competitive league.
I offer customer service to our clients as well as assist with answering
phones.
Stay At Home Mom February 1999 to
March 2008
During this time period I worked periodically for temporary firms. The
types of assignments that I had included Human Resources Director maternity
leaves, a variety of human resources positions, administrative assistant,
receptionist, call center employee, customer service representative and
office assistant. I was responsible for payroll during several
assignments. I also owned my own BeautiControl business attending seminars
on managing a home-based business as well as recruiting, selling and time
management skills.

As a member of this two-person team my responsibilities included new hire
orientation, exit interviews, planning of company meetings for the C.E.O.,
plan and execute the company picnic and Christmas parties, recruiting,
manage all company temporary needs, insurance, maintain files and oversee
the receptionist. In this role I was also responsible for relocation for
new upper level management. The HR Director went on maternity leave and I
was responsible for the daily operations of the human resources department
during her 12 week leave.

prospective candidates as well determining different ways of prospecting

In this role I was responsible for interviewing and testing applicants for
temporary and temp to perm assignments. I also selected and placed
temporaries on assignments. I also maintained client relationships by
making on site visits to client locations. I also worked to add clients to
our firm by cold calls and selling of our services.
