through design phases and contract administration.

RETAIL PROJECTS

Outback Steakhouse, Tampa, FL

. RETAIL RESTAURANTS, GA, FL, SC, Executed 20+ new const./renovation

of prototype restaurants, approximately 7000 sf each, in three

states, on short 4 week schedules. The result: I was invited to

assist with design development and execute construction documents

for proposed Lee Roy Selmon's restaurant prototype.

Paces Properties, Vinings, GA

. VININGS JUBILEE, Vinings, GA, Directed design effort per client's

exacting aesthetic criteria, and executed contract administration

during construction. The success of this project led to the

successful marketing of services to four other new retail clients.

PUBLIC FACILITIES

City of Smyrna, Smyrna, GA

. Fire Station #5, As project manager, led three day design effort

with on-time submission for ARRA grant application. The result;

project was awarded grant status. 7,300 SF with apparatus bay,

living quarters, community room.

MULTIFAMILY/APARTMENT PROJECTS

The Finger Companies, Houston, TX, ( project 6 of 6 over 12 years)

. PERIMETER CENTER WEST, Sandy Springs, GA, Reconfigured inherited

plans, addressed extended period of client design revisions,

conducted jurisdictional plan review period, maintained client

project schedule to avoid code changes; 216 unit,

multifamily/retail mixed-use, 7 story project. Under construction

as of August 2010.

Pennsylvania Realty Group, Philadelphia, PA (project 2 of 4)

. Linkhorn Bay Apartments, Virgina Beach, SC, Exterior Renovation and

New construction: Led design team in execution of design and

construction document phases. Met owner's design requirements

through efficient document generation techniques for project. The

result was repeat business.

Grayco, Houston, TX

. CITY PARK APTS., Charlotte, NC, Led demanding client through

approved design revisions while maintaining the project

schedule, mixed-use retail/apartment project for two central

blocks of "new urbanist-traditional neighborhood design"

mixed-use community, 367 apartments, on-site parking, four

courtyards, two pools.
