The Fresenius Medical Care Ogden facility has
1,600+ employees, and it is over 1,000,000 square
feet. I was Responsible for all security functions
at the facility. Training, hiring, scheduling,
payroll, and discipline for all subordinates (24
direct reports).
Conducted security investigations, and corrective
actions for plant's personnel. Analyze security
threats through audits and surveys, and then apply
appropriate counter measures. Analyze and Apply
appropriate measures for loss prevention. Worked
closely with Human Resource and Safety Departments
resolving plant issues, and assuring employee
compliance with safety and security regulations.
Functions include: Perimeter checks and personal
identification checks. Personal and company vehicle
checks. Controlled CCTV monitoring system, and
authorized appropriate access. Performed random
and for cause drug screens. Maintained all security
information logs, both written and electronic.
Controlled and monitored plant access control
systems. Responded to emergency situations,
provided medical assistance and security protection
depending on situation. Performed company cargo
inspections. Operated and maintained company
vehicle for perimeter checks and respond to
emergency situations. Documentation of all
accidents, incidents, and injuries.

including RAD testing, confined space safety,
