owned home package company with $20M in annual sales.

• Ordered, managed and coordinated up to seven mixed truckloads of building material per job, with delivery of

150 home packages per year; established formal buying methods to lower costs.

Cost Controller/Job Cost Development Project (July 2004 – March 2006)

• Developed Excel-based job cost control system, then integrating data into company-wide accounting software

for streamlined use to forecast, order and control job expenses and track profit more accurately.

• Upon completion of job cost control system, developed web-based material list system to draw data from

contract blueprint information, which then enabled more efficient item sourcing and more precise delivery times.

• Developed system to track and control commission payouts, successfully containing extras costs.

Operations Manager (February 2002 – June 2004)
