June 2008 to Current- Dealer Development Manger/Consultant Great lakes

Superior Walls. Pre-Cast Concrete wall manufacture located in Hamilton,

Michigan. Established resellers/dealers representing over 90 locations and

280 outside sales representatives trained and selling in a market never

before entered within 12 months time frame. A complete program established

for a reseller group to go to market with sales tools, co-op funding,

training and ongoing sales support increasing business 112 % over prior

model via a dealer network vs. Sales direct to consumer.

May 2007 to 2008- Independent Consultant to several

woodworking/manufacturing companies plus independent outside sales wood

working machinery representing several organizations. Sales include CNC,

Point to Point machining Centers, Laser Engravers/Cutting, Edge Banding,

CNC Panel Saws and PLC Controlled Sanding/Finishing Equipment. Consulting

to several companies ranging in size fro 50-100 employees assisting in

establishing Sales goal, Flow of raw product, Manufacturing flow, Vendor

negotiations, Lean Manufacturing standards and Accounting / Marketing

September 1989 thru April 2007- Sales Manger, Territory Sales, Founder-

Direct Supply Inc based in Grand Rapids, Michigan servicing as a wholesale

distributor of product to the residential/commercial markets in : Casework,

Kitchen Cabinets, Countertops, Display, Office systems, Stone/Granite

manufactures and Applied Finishes (Lacquer/Poly, NGR Stains, high

performance one and two part top coats). Managed outside sales team,

specification rep and three inside sales personnel. Awarded "Excellence in

customer service and Sales Support" awards annually (Vendors/Suppliers).

Sales seminar and technical seminars (LEED/Warranty & Repair) held in house

annually. Personally serviced large OEM's in the office systems industry

to many markets related to the wood working industry (ex: countertop and

Boat manufactures, millwork, office systems, Custom cabinetry, laminators

and finished goods providers). P & L experience orchestrating several

start-up operations within division.

October 1985 thru August 1989- Branch/Sales and Manager for J. Kaltz and

Company a Detroit Based company with a branch in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Developed sales protocol and accountability to meet and exceed sales goals

by 100 % the very first year. Organize the delivery system for top

efficiency. Completely overhauled computer system, customer data

requirements and current and valid inventory valuations; implemented cycle

counts to increase inventory accuracy. Acquire and train outside sales

personnel to meet established goals.

May 1980 thru September 1985- Lumbermen's Inc a Michigan based wholesaler

of building products. Job description: Grand Rapids warehouse/driver

manager. Established inventory turns of 10 plus points from a base of less

than 6 based on $120 million dollar value of inventories. Restructured

warehousing operations in multiple locations to decrease order pick times,

and accuracy of order fulfillment, Driver manager for 12 full time

employees, 5 locations- Safety program implemented, reduced hours by 20%

completed deliveries 100%, fuel savings 16% overall.

April 1974-April 1980- Dykstra Lawn care/Bakhuyzen Lawn Care- Started with

family owned business that sold in December 1979. Duties include crew

leader, equipment manager and Landscape Foreman.
