distributing physician documents and confidential patient information,
using a system called MX transcribe dictating for the physicians, verifying
insurance, scanning labs and provider notes, and calling in prescriptions.

patience as well as quality customer service skills.
Texican Caf , Austin, TX Server, Bartender, Assistant Manager
12/08 -01/10
Customer service was the main asset to my job and has been for many years.
Customer satisfaction was job one in this position. This Tex-Mex style
restaurant is a relaxed family style restaurant with high quality service
and good food. As a manager I was responsible for the staff, front and back
of the house as well as the product quality assurance. I was in charge of
opening and closing down the restaurant along with keeping up with the
finances. I paid special attention to customer feedback for quality control
of the restaurant. Along with the other managers and the owner, recognition
of that feedback made our restaurant a better and more successful business.
Jasmine Caf Tallahassee, FL Server, Barista 02/08-
10/08
At this high-end sushi bar my responsibility was to prepare the kitchen and
set up the coffee bar and the seating area of the restaurant. I was
partially a bartender and partially a barista. I was responsible for making
beverages for my customers including cocktails, espresso and coffee. I was
taught the entire menu in Japanese as well as contents of each sushi roll
and recognition of which fish was in each dish. At the end of every shift I
was to clean the restaurant and restock for the next shift.
Roadhouse Grill, Tallahassee, FL Server, Bartender
08/04 -02/08
At this Steakhouse the atmosphere was much more chain style. We were all
responsible for opening and closing the restaurant. Customer service was
the highest priority. My positions included head server and bartender. I
was responsible for checking everyone out and making sure that there
closing duties were completed before their shift was over.
