Provide full spectrum executive level human resources consultation for the largest faith based nonprofit
healthcare clinic of its type in the country.
Cultivate trust based relationships and facilitate leadership development in senior management team to
support optimal employee performance for achievement of organizational mission. Supervise, develop,
and mentor staff of three HR professionals to support core organization, as well as five ancillary
ministries. Negotiate benefits plan and administer annual departmental budget, collaborating with
